XY Evolutions Elite Trainer Box [Mega Charizard Y]
Elite Trainer Box of Evolutions (EVO), released November 2, 2016. Market price from TCGplayer, updated daily.
Is the Elite Trainer Box worth it?
Opened, the elite trainer box costs you $110 a pack, against $71.45 for a single Evolutions booster pack: 53% more than single packs, so you pay for the extras or the box itself. The 9 hits of Evolutions (Double Rare and up) are worth $47.93 together; the five most valuable make up 76% of that, so most boxes miss the cards that carry the value. Buying the single card you want is usually cheaper than opening for it; see the Evolutions chase cards.
